This website primarily serves as my personal portfolio and does not involve product sales or paid services directly through the site. However, for any custom freelance work or commissioned projects, this policy outlines how refunds are handled. Refunds are considered only under fair circumstances, and I aim to resolve all concerns with transparency and mutual understanding.
1. Scope of This Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to any paid design, development, consulting, or creative services offered by me, Pawan Bishnoi ("I", "me", "my"), when a project agreement or invoice has been issued. It does not apply to free resources, website access, or general browsing of this portfolio.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
- If the project has not yet been started after payment.
- If less than 20% of the project work is completed, and a valid reason for cancellation is provided.
- If I fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope due to unexpected circumstances on my end.
No refunds will be issued for completed work, digital assets already delivered, or projects canceled after substantial progress (more than 20% completion).
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain payments cannot be refunded, including but not limited to:
- Deposits or advance payments used to reserve project time.
- Custom designs, code, or assets already created and delivered.
- Third-party tool or software costs paid on your behalf.
4. Refund Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund, you must contact me within 7 days of the payment date. Once your request is reviewed, I will inform you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
5. Partial Refunds
If partial work has been completed, a prorated refund may be offered based on the percentage of progress, minus any non-refundable expenses.
6. Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, I encourage you to request revisions instead of a refund. I strive to ensure client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns before considering refund options.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
I reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The "Effective Date" will be updated when changes are made. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
